Hey there! I'm Molly, I've been a yoga and meditation student for 20 years and a Certified Yoga Teacher for a year! I'm a clinician and educator by background, so I combine science and philosophy to create engaging classes.
My favorite style of yoga is Yin Yoga because there are no other physical practices that activate our connective tissue (necessary for longevity!) and bring the body/mind connection together so well.
